Controversies
Equileap monitors controversies involving companies in the dataset. We record controversies relating to gender, race and ethnicity, and LGBTQ+ discrimination. Severe gender-related cases meeting additional criteria are placed on a formal Alarm Bells list (for a duration of one year), which clients can be alerted to.
Gender Discrimination controversies
A list of gender-related incidents occurring at companies in both developed and emerging markets. Includes company identifiers and evidence links.
